Protenova was founded by a team of food scientists and process engineers who realized that conventional plant protein extraction was fundamentally flawed. Traditional wet chemical processes consumed millions of liters of water and left proteins tasting bitter and unpalatable without chemical washing.
By combining dynamic dry air classification with our proprietary thermal treatment, we created a process that preserves all amino acids, increases protein digestibility, and completely neutralizes off-flavors—while cutting production costs by up to 70%.
